なぜか分からないんですが、
一時的にトップページが古いのに置き換わっていました。
どうやら旧cgiの方が動いてしまって、
トップのhtmlを書き換えてしまったようです。
設定を変えたつもりなんですが・・
また、古いトップとかになっていたら、
左のメッセ・・web拍手で教えてください。
そうそう、メッセージフォームをweb拍手に変更しました。
古いmailformでは文字化けしてしまった！のです！
（その間メッセくれた方はすいません、読めてません）
新しいcgiは文字データはutf-8で書かれているんですが、
そのフォームはutf-8には対応していなかったようです。
